Critically acclaimed rising star Charlotte Young set to release sultry new

single Lovers Last Chance Saloon on Valentines Day.

Charlotte Young is a best selling, critically acclaimed singer songwriter from the West Midlands.

Mixing classic influences like Johnny Cash, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles and Carole king to

modern greats such as Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Lana Del Rey, Charlotte creates a

unique sound using traditional storytelling fused with crisp inventive production. Charlotte has

been featured in multiple major press outlets including the Birmingham Mail and has seen

multiple successes with several number ones in the UK Country Music Chart.

Charlotte is set to release ‘Lovers Last Chance Saloon’ this valentines day, but the heartfelt

number is not one of romance but of woe. Lover’s tells the tale of a quest for closure, the last

time you go back to somebody, an interesting angle not frequently discussed in songwriting.

WIth a crisp, vintage fueled 80’s feel and expertly laid instrumental, Charlotte is armed with

succinct, sultry and memorable lyrics to tell a tale of a lovers last chance. Produced by the

acclaimed Tyler Spicer at Nam Studios, Lover’s Last Chance Saloon offers a fresh, unique

perspective in the form of a country/synth pop hybrid.

Charlotte will be celebrating the release of the new single at her hometown show at The Flapper

Birmingham on February 15th.

“Lover’s Last Chance Saloon began as the idea of the small details of a person being able to

linger. I started with the idea of a perfume sticking around making you remember them being

there and created this story. As a music nerd I am constantly inspired by so many styles and

when writing, this almost became a drive style springsteen-esque number but when working

with My producer we created this cool 80s vibe that I think people will really dig especially with

the revival of the eighties we’ve seen lately with the likes of Kate Bush, The Weekend and Tears
